- The band will be releasing their 2nd CD project entitled, “The Battle Flag of Dixie” in January, 2006. Recorded at Windshear Productions in Greer, SC, the title song exemplifies the main idea behind the album – “Defending and Promoting the beloved banner of Dixie – The Confederate Battle Flag.” The CD contains two songs of the Rebelaires Ó of Waycross, Ga (recorded with permission) , “Dixieland” and “Confederate Man”, a new arrangement of and old favorite hymn, “Come Thou Fount”, and ten brand new songs written by the band’s director, Mark Simpson:
